PerennialsWe buy the majority of our perennials and herbs from a third generation grower in nearby Germantown. Most of them are "field grown" (not greenhouse grown), which means that they have been started outdoors in the same type of soil we all have in our gardens. They haven't been babied in a warm greenhouse and won't go into shock when transplanted. They'll be tough as can be when it comes to our Wisconsin winter. |

Rose BushesIn order to stay up-to-date with new varieties we now have 4 growers for rose bushes:Weeks, Jackson & Perkins, Bailey's and Monrovia. Mother Nature plays a big roll in the hardiness of rose bushes in our area. There are many lower maintenance, hardy varieties that make rose growing easier than ever. |

Hanging BasketsA small grower near Madison is our major supplier for hanging baskets. They love to try new varieties and always come up with outstanding combinations of Proven Winner® plants. The husband and wife owners personally plant every single basket. If you've ever been here on the days they arrive you know what an amazing sight the sea of colorful baskets is. They also grow most of our beautiful 4" potted annuals.
